I’m based in Seattle, WA but I love to travel! I cover weddings, elopements, events, portraits and more throughout the PNW (Washington, Oregon) and frequently travel to destination locations.
The first step is to fill out my contact form! I'll get back to you within 24-48 hours and am happy to set up a phone or video call to finalize details. Once everything is confirmed, I'll send over a contract for you to digitally sign and enter in payment information. If the event is 2+ weeks out a 25-50% deposit will be due at that time, if the event is less than 2 weeks out the full balance will be due upon signing.
I use an online contract management system that allows secure payments via credit/debit card or ACH transfer. In some rare cases, usually covering an event for a non-profit organization, I will accept a physical check as payment but the full payment will need to be received and cleared by the bank at least 1 week prior to the event.
The number of photos delivered really depends on the type of session/event, with most receiving 100-200 photos per hour of shooting time. I rarely provide RAW images to clients as I prefer to do the editing myself, ensuring the final result you receive is exactly what we both intended!
Most portrait sessions or events will be delivered within 1-2 weeks, with larger weddings or multi-day events sometimes taking 4-6 weeks to finalize the editing deliverables. Just let me know if you have any specific requests and I'm always happy to assist!
Most events, weddings, and portrait sessions I'll cover myself, but for larger events I do have a team of second shooters on standby! If you're looking for full photo and video coverage, I always recommend bringing in a second shooter so they can cover photos while I handle video. This is an easy add-on we can discuss in the booking process!
I'm based in the northern suburbs of Seattle, WA but am always happy to travel! I'd recommend filling out the contact form to start and then we can discuss further!
For most portrait sessions I'll keep an eye on the weather forecast and we can make a final decision 1-2 days prior to the shoot, often rescheduling if there is more than a 50% chance of rain that day. I'm always happy to work with rescheduling if we can complete the session within the following week or two. If you're willing to brave the elements, however, I'm game to play in the rain! For outdoor weddings/events we'll discuss a rain plan well in advance so everything goes smoothly on the big day.
If there are any 'must-have' shots for your event, by all means let me know! Otherwise I try and balance capturing candid, spontaneous moments with more posed shots throughout the shooting time.

All photo and video sessions by default include rights for personal use, however many of my clients also have commercial needs and I'm happy to assist. Just let me know what your end goals are and we'll make sure your contract outlines exactly what you're looking for.
I'm available for a phone or video call at your convenience! I love an opportunity to get to know my clients more before the shoot, and want to gather as much info as possible to make sure everything goes smoothly. Once a deposit is secured I'm also more than willing to tour venues with wedding or event clients, just say when!
Photos and video are always delivered digitally for full-resolution downloading. I also partner with a professional print shop, allowing you to easily order a number of different physical prints and memorabilia directly from the online gallery. You're welcome to order prints directly from me for the best quality and convenience, or I'm happy to provide a print release to get them printed at your favorite shop.
